We built Oliver, an AI sales agent that handles the full inbound pipeline. Qualifies leads, manages objections, books appointments, follows up in English and Spanish. No human in the loop. A permit scraper identified 3,174 builders across Florida and verified 1,262 with email contacts, doubling enrichment from 37% to 53.5%. The matching engine runs daily across 125 qualified sellers and 64 active buyers. 8,125+ match combinations processed daily. Contract processing handles paperwork when a deal closes.
